Name Your Site not working?

Hi all, 

I received the email to verify my email, and when i click 'Yes, verify me' it takes me to a page where im supposed to select a name for my site. I chose a name, the little green circle to the right is ticked, suggesting that name is available, however when i click continue i get an error below stating 'you dont have permission to change the site name'. 

Has anyone else experienced this? i am the admin, ive literally just applied to set up. there are no other users

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Checking the details of your site, I can see that you are using Cloud Free, and changing the site name is currently not supported for Trial and Free plans, only for paid plans. That's why you are seeing this error when trying to change the name.

If you are not using this new site for production and don't have any important data, you can create a brand new site on www.atlassian.com/try with the desired name. 

If you already have important data, you can create a new site also and then migrate to the new one.

Thats strange i was sent an email prompting me to change it when its not part of my plan! :)
