NIC - JIRA Email This Issue - Multiple Templates


We are using JETI. We have a project and one issue type. We want to use different email tempaltes for different types of workflow transitions/statuses insdie of that project. We have created the different email templates. We have created a context. That concext does not use notifications - notifications is blank. We do not see a way to do what we need this way becuase it appears that a context is tied to a project and type. Thus we have different emails for one project for the type.

Our we going down the wrong path? Are we needing to use Context AND notfications and the same Context screen entry?
