Hi,
The filters I create in Enhanced Search do not sync even though I have the sync filter option on... I see other users' filters syncing every 5 minutes though.
Could it be a privilege issue?
I am not an admin so I cannot see the setting page.

You don't need to be an administrator to be able to create your own filters in Enhance Search.
The problem could be the limitation in the number of filters per user of 32Kb , is it possible that your user has many filters ? . You could create a clone user of your current user, same permissions, and use this new user to create the filters to see if they sync with the new user.
Another possible problem could be the filter settings. Could you re-toggle the filters configuration ? That is, disable those options and then enable them again.
