My JIRA logging out if its idle as i'm working in multiple screen screens at a time, is there any setting i need to update to make to login always.

Checking the details of your site and account, I can see that your domain is managed with Atlassian access.

When using Atlassian access, the Org administrator can set a time for “Idle session”.

• Update idle session duration

This can be set only by the Org admin, so please, reach out to them to check if it's possible to change the setting or disable it.
