Multiple, same template projects as one project

Hi,

My project uses Recruitment template for each advertised job role, and at my company this list of roles quickly grows, now exceeding fifty. I wonder how could I manage such a list of projects (job roles) as single project?
Perhaps there is a way of grouping them as one and separate from other work management projects we use?

What I am after is to extract data from all roles(projects) and have a clear, concise view of various KPIs such as how long has the add been online, count of candidates per given role, location preferences etc and display them as graphs if aplicable. I believe I could achieve such view at Dashboard (using Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards) but perhaps there is a better way?

Also, in Jira left pane titled Projects (when you work on single project), could I have them grouped by type (in this case Recruitment) so they don't get mixed with other projects? For now I just star them so they stay together but it’s not ideal.

Cheers

@Konrad

Can you share a little more information about how you are doing this.

  • What type of project are they? (Work Management?)
  • How many issues are in each project?
  • Are you using any specific issue types that are just for recruitment projects?
  • Do you use labels, components or custom fields in the recruitment projects?
