Hi Wendy,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

You can “merge” all the screen schemes by changing one by one.

Please, go to Project settings > Screens.

Using my instance as an example, we need to add Problem, Incident, and Change to the “IT: Jira Service Desk: Request Fulfilment Screen Scheme, so on this page we need to click on Actions > Edit screens (top right).

On this page, you need to click on “Edit” for the desired issue types and select the same screen scheme for those three issue types.

After that, click update and change the other one.

Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Angélica

Hi

Thank you for answering

Epic and story don't show up in that screen.. Thats why I didn't think it was there that I needed to change it???

Hi Wendy,

After many tests, we were able to find out how to put epic and story to the same screen scheme.

You can go to the Project settings > Screens > Actions > Edit screens.

On this page, you need to click on Associate an issue type with a screen scheme. Then on the drop-down, you select Epic and the screen "BReporting Request Demande de Rapport" > Add.

If you face any issue or have any other question, please let us know.

Regards,
Angélica
