Moving all sub-tasks to a resolved or closed state has no effect on the parent issue. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to enable for this to work as documented?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Moving a Sub-Task to In Progress does not Transition its Parent's to the Same Status

Moving all sub-tasks to a resolved or closed state doesn't have any effect on the parent issue. Is there some setting I need to change for this to work as documented?

You'd have to share your configuration and whether or not you are on Cloud or Server.
