Hi there,
Just looking for some advice about moving a Jira Cloud site completely out of an Organisation which has multiple sites to it's very own brand new Organisation. We want to keep all the Users and need to make sure user access is maintained.
The idea is that this site is completely separated from the original Organisation.
Atlassian Guard is also in use on the original site.
I have already seen these articles, the second of which might suggest as we are using Atlassian Guard that we need to go through Atlassian support to do this?

I originally though we would need to do a Cloud to Cloud migration, but if there is a simpler way to have the site transferred with the products then that would be more ideal.

Good thing that you have mentioned the first link of the documentation, because this article contains everything that you need to do in order to transfer your products from one org to another.

As for the Atlassian Guard, article states:

Cancel your Atlassian Guard subscription. Resubscribe after the transfer.
Learn how to unsubscribe
When you cancel Atlassian Guard, we’re unable to transfer your subscription, but we do offer a refund for the old subscription. To request a refund, fill out the Bill and Licensing contact form.
If you have trialed or subscribed to Atlassian Guard Premium our support team will need to help you transfer your products. This is because there are some Atlassian Guard Premium configurations that can’t be transferred."
