When we move an issue from one project to another, sometimes it is taking earlier defined SLA(which was there in earlier project), sometimes it takes new SLA of new project.
What is the SLA setting defined in move screen.
Also, Can we configure move issue screen?
Where can we see the move screen in admin section.
Actually if you are talking about the SLA defined by JIRA Service Desk, it is defined by JQL in the SLA screen of Service Desk, so probably the JQL used in the target project may not be returning the moved issue, browse to Service Desk > SLA, and check the JQL.
Regarding the move issue screen, when moving an issue you will be prompted to define the status and fields that doesn't match. So if you want to add an additional field to this screen, you have to make the field required in the target project. This is actually a "wizard" not a standard JIRA screen that can be customised.
