Move issues to the next Sprint automatically Edited

Jira - sprint end.JPGWould you be able to help me find out why isues/story(s) (to do and in progress) do not automatically move to the next Sprint in Jira ?

I've read the post : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/JIRA-Core-questions/How-to-automatically-move-In-Progress-issues-to-the-next-Sprint/qaq-p/132307

but this post has not helped.

Any assistance appreciated

Have you got the next sprint ready to go (but not started)?

yes, follow on sprint is ready but not open/started. I've also tried commencing the follow-on sprint but issues/storys always go to the backlog - thanks.

Hmm.  Could you show us the header of the next sprint?  What does it look like in planning before you close the current sprint?

Also, do you have parallel sprints enabled?

Jira-next sprint.JPGI create the next couple of sprints as shown in screenshot e,g, KSSI 19June-30June

I'm not familar with enabling parellel sprints
