Hello,
I was wondering how we may be able to migrate all stories, issues, tasks, bugs etc from one JIRA account to another. So currently we have thousands of stories, issues, tasks on https://carmedia2p0.atlassian.net and we need to move all of them to another project on https://mobials.atlassian.net/.
Is there a quick and easy way to do this? I dont want to have to copy and paste thousands of stories, issues, tasks into an new account.
Thank you all for your help
Hi @David Fang
welcome to the community. It sounds like you are trying to achieve a cloud to cloud migration.
There is a detailed step by step documentation that can be found here: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/perform-a-cloud-to-cloud-migration-for-jira/
Thank you, I can't seem to find the Migrate cloud site from the left navigation menu (Settings -> Systems). I can confirm that I do have admin access.

It might have not been rolled out to your instance. I just realised that this feature is still in beta.
The migration settings should be here: <site>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/system/migration/dashboard
An alternative would be to use a third party app (configuration manager for example) or do it via CSV ex- and import.
