Hi Guys,
we have requirement of migrating from digital.ai to Jira cloud, for the same I have below questions:
1. which plugin or tool used for migration?(like: JCMA, CMJ, PCJ)
2. what are the limitations of these type of migration?
3. How to migrate plugin data?

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much information on how to move from digital.ai to Jira. I'm not familiar with the digital.ai platform either. However, I can give you some general, high level guidance.
Note that Atlassian only supports CSV or JSON imports. But there are some other tools out there that help with importing data.
These are two great resources on importing data into Jira:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/migrate-from-other-issue-trackers/
In regards to plugin data, that will vary heavily depending on the plugin and whether any APIs are available to import data.
Cheers,
Jens
