Migration from JIRA Studio to On Demand - domain name change?

We migrated from a JIRA Studio instance (<customer>.jira.com ) to the OnDemand service. It looks like our instance was updated, but stayed on the jira.com domain.

Will we stay on jira.com or eventually move over to the atlassian.net domain?

It doesn't matter either way, just curious.

According to the FAQ you'll stay with jira.com - http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Migration+FAQ#MigrationFAQ-WillmyjiracomURLchangeaspartofthemovetoOnDemand

Andrew, like always, is correct.

Just my two cents: You will keep your JIRA Studio url, *.jira.com, through your migration. If you were to sign up for a new OnDemand account, it would be a *.atlassian.net. I don't expect this policy to change in the future.
