Migrating to tomcat 7.0.21

dwayne cederblom October 4, 2011

Our server team is telling us that they are going to be upgrading our server to tomcat 7.0.21 in the near future.

Is there any information on running jira with tomcat 7? If so where can I find it?

Thanks,

Dwayne

Thanks, That is what I figured by reading. I was just wondering if any had tried to run JIRA 4.4 on Tomcat7. I am doing some testing, but have yet to get JIRA to start on tomcat7. I will try a few more times before I throw in the towel completely.

As stated here: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Supported+Platforms, the latest JIRA 4.4.x is currently supporting only the followings Apache tomcat:

tick 5.5.27, 5.5.28, 5.5.29

tick 6.0.32 (bundled with JIRA Standalone)

Other than that, it is still yet to be supported or tested against JIRA.
