Migrating jira project from onDemand to local jira instance

At the moment, we have set up one small jira project on OnDemand. Not long ago, we learned that we had our own local jira instance with the license for 500 users, so we are trying to migrate the project from OnDemand to this instance.

I guess we can export the project (workflow, issues) as xml file, and import it on the local instance, however, we could not find any 'export' functionality in the administration section.

The question is how could we do this? Many Thanks!

Raise a support ticket with Atlassian (OnDemand project) and they will generate the export that you can then import.
