Migrate from one server to another

We have a functioning setup of JIRA 4.3.4 and some plugins I need to migrate to another server. Then, after migration, we will connect it to a SQL database, currently it is using the internal db.

I've seen documentation on changing the database to SQL, is there a doc for migrating to a different server?
