Hi,
I Have 20 projects in one instance which consists of user, groups, workflow, Custom fields, permissions, Automation rules,3rd party apps and integration with slack and Micrsoft teams and everything which a project consists of. All this I want to move to another instance.
I have gone through the below link to migrate the data
https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/copy-jira-data/
I have deep clone for Jira in my environment. Can I use that for the migration Or can you suggest the best and easy way to migrate the data without data loss.
I don't want to use the 3rd party tools. I already have lot of projects in my other instance also.
Thanks
Welcome @rreddy
Exporting your issues in CSV: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/ , then doing the import of these issues from correctly formated CSV file.
Can you please Suggest me Any other way than CSV exporting and importing.
Can you please answer the below question
Why are you not suggesting deep clone for Jira for migration?
