Issue

Attempt to integrate Jira Server connector into a Microsoft Teams channel using the following steps.

  1. Next to channel name click ... > Connectors
  2. Next to Jira Server Connector click Configure
  3. Window appears with below error.
    1. Chrome
      2.png
    2. Firefox1.png
    3. Teams Windows application just shows a blank whitespace where error messages are.

Troubleshooting Steps

  • Confirmed that the msteamsconnectors.azureedge.net does not resolve on multiple networks connected to different DNS servers
  • Confirmed that issue is replicated on multiple web applications and on the teams application

My guess on the issue...

Seems like microsoft might have changed the domain that hosts this service and Jira Server connector needs to be updated to reflect this.

Hi @Liz Kraft

The Jira Server connector configuration page should be available now. There was a misconfiguration issue. Now everything should work.

Volodymyr B.
