Hello,

That add-on is a system add-on and the version is the current version for Jira 7.10.2.

Can you please try Safe Mode with wiki-editor re-enabled and see if you get the same error?

Can you also check your Jira Server logs when generating the error and let me know what error messages you see?

Your mouse is covering up what the icon looks like, but this button isn't a part of Jira. It appears to be part of an add-on you've installed.

Is it possible that it's this add-on? 

• Canned Responses Pro for Jira

If so, you'll want to disable that add-on if you don't want the button. I would also recommend reporting the issue to the add-on provider so they are aware of it.
