I duplicated my user when I activated Google Apps single sign-on, so I have now two accounts (one for OnDemand login and other for Google Apps login) for the same user (me)
How can I solve this?

As you are an OnDemand customer you will need to open a ticket with Atlassian Support in the Atlassian OnDemand project and ask one of our engineers to resolve this issue for you. Essentially it will just take some tinkering in Crowd to get this issue resolved but as you don't have access to the server you will need an Atlassian engineer to do this for you.
