I migrated a board I have on Trello to Jira, all the information is migrated but I can't import the user names, they are imported under the name "Anonymous",

how can I solve this problem

According to official documentation..

..it happening when users do not have an email address associated 

Add a valid email address for each user to import their information into Jira. Select Next once you’re done.

  1. Make sure to provide the correct email address for each user to avoid data loss and to import the right users into the new project. The current release does not support email invites but we’re working on enabling this feature soon.

  2. Note: Users without an email address won’t be added to the project. These users will appear as “Anonymous” or “@trellousername” in the new project.

  3. Product admins can only add existing users from the site. To add new users, contact an organization admin to invite them before proceeding with the import. Any information of new users added on this page by product admins will not be imported.

So I suggest to try again and this time make sure that every user have an valid email associated.

Thank you for your answer.
I followed the steps described in the documentation you sent me.
And I have access with my account to Jira and Trello, and my account of course has an email address.
On the Trello project, I tried to create tickets myself, assign them to myself and add comments, but after the migration to Jira, all the information concerning the user (which is me in this case) is lost.

Another clarification: on the documentation you sent, by following the steps, I do not have the hand to perform step 4 and 5.

Oh.. Just to clarify.. You simply do 3 steps and then after hosting Next it just imports the board? .. You are a Product admin, correct? 

Maybe you can switch to "old experience"?
