Mapping aha statuses to Jira and back!

Hi!

How can I create additional statuses in Jira to properly sync with aha?

Aha is amazing for the roadmaps, but our developers are Jira ninja's. So we work with both. We had a some issues with the integration, but it now seems to work properly. Except for the statuses that need some additional work with regard to the mapping.

What to do in Jira to find the corresponding status in aha to map?

Thank you for having a look at this issue!

Cheers,

Tilly

I found the solution to my issue. I like to think it's due to an upgrade done when aha was unavailable yesterday. But maybe I overlooked it earlier.

When additional statuses are created in Jira, you can click on 'reload configuration' in aha to get the latest changes in. When you next click on field mapping you will find the newly created statuses in the jira fields and mapping can be completed.

Your answer saved my day today - thank you @Tilly Kammeron !! I had two fields in Jira and had updated the field values for both of them. For some reason though, Aha was only automatically pulling in the updated values for one of the fields. When I used 'Reload Configuration' the field values from Jira were updated for the second field.

Thank you again!!!
