Many people have asked about showing test cases linked to user stories. I want to show the reverse.

I would like to show which user stories have test cases and to list them and also which user stories do not have test cases.  This is probably more important as it let's me know what is missing from my test coverage.

You can Link the User story into the Test case,

Are you using a particular add-on to manage your test cases or just custom issue types and link types?  Hard to answer your question without knowing this.
