Last week our integration between Manage Engine Service Desk Plus and Jira stopped working. I assumed the API Token expired. I revoked the API token and created a new one. Now I can "attach" a service request in SDP with a Jira issue, but when I try to create a new Jira issue from SDP, I get "Error from Jira Server: Internal Jira Server Error". Can anyone help me determine what the issue might be?
