By using it on something you already understand how to do.
Create a plan for your home, watering schedule, upkeep tasks, etc -- they set up a project that you update DAILY when you work on those tasks. Try to figure out Epics, stories/tasks/bugs, etc, in that process.
besides something like that, you can do anything -- but your post has nowhere near the info we would want to actually suggest something specific. If you're new to jira, just watch some videos on how it works, then consider 'processes' in your life that you could map in a similar way.

Ok, I understand... Indeed I already tried to do something like that by using scrum Framework some time ago.....Now the obstacle to me is thinking about some project I could do dopting Jira..
