Hello,
How can I make a field required based on another field value using JWT ? I tried adding a validation based on regular expression
%{Submitter team} = "Customer_AME" IMPLIES %{Customer name} != null
But it doesn't work
If you are referring to custom fields, then you should use their IDs instead of names. Try to use Logical validator and field IDs instead of their names:
%{issue.cf12345} = "Customer_AME" IMPLIES %{issue.cf67890} != null
Will it work?
