I'm looking for a way to manage all customer related information that is needed for my devops team. Sort of a "customer profile" where all this information can be saved and updated.
My unique challenge is that things are progressing and I have to append a new field to the template every once in a while.
To help you imagine, today I may have these in the template:
Tomorrow I may have a new capability to integrate with another software of the customer, so I need a new field in the template for all customers, and I'll populate it manually as I integrate with each of customers with that new software. But I wouldn't want to have to add it manually to each profile, because that would be a mess.
Is anyone familiar with such a tool?
