Made "Due Date" field mandatory via field configuration. Users are still able to create Stories without Due Date. What could be the issue, how to fix it.

Hi @Vinay Sharma,

There's a couple of things you should check:

1. Are your users working in company managed projects? If they are, that's ok - if they are working in team managed projects, your field configuration does not apply.
2.  When your users are in company managed projects, are they all using the field configuration where you set the due date as a mandatory field? If they are using a different field configuration where the field isn't mandatory, due date is not mandatory in those projects.
