MODIFICAR FECHA DE INICIO DE UNA EPIC

Estoy creando una hoja de ruta con tareas y subtareas con fecha de inicio 25/07/2022, pero JIRA no me permite crearlo con fecha anterior a un año calendario a partir de hoy, es decir, solo me deja crearlo con fecha octubre 2023 en adelante. ¿Cómo puedo crearla con fechas anteriores?

¿Exactamente cómo intentas crear estos problemas? ¿Está utilizando "crear problema" dentro de la visualización de la hoja de ruta, o el botón Crear en la barra de menú superior, o la opción "crear problema secundario" cuando ve un problema individual?

¿Exactamente cómo se le impide fijar una fecha más lejana en el pasado? ¿Puedes proporcionar una imagen de pantalla de esto?

Exactly how are you trying to create these issues? Are you using the "create issue" within the roadmap display, or the Create button in the top menu bar, or the "create child issue" option when viewing an individual issue?

Exactly how are you being blocked from setting a date farther in the past? Can you provide a screen image of this?

MODIFY START DATE OF AN EPIC

I am creating a roadmap with tasks and subtasks with a start date of 07/25/2022, but JIRA does not allow me to create it with a date older than one calendar year from today, that is, it only allows me to create it with a date of October 2023 in forward. How can I create it with previous dates?

Hola @Trudy Claspill El problema se presenta cuando estoy en la vista del cronograma. Adjunto imagen donde se puede observar que JIRA no me permite modificar la fecha de inicio más allá del mes de octubre de 2022

¿Está intentando que la visualización de la línea de tiempo general se remonte a más allá de octubre de 2022?

Si está intentando que la vista general de la línea de tiempo se remonte a más de 1 año, eso no es posible actualmente. Hay una solicitud de cambio para eso a la que puede agregar su voto y comentarios.

Are you trying to get the overall timeline display to go back farther than October 2022?

If you are trying to have the overall timeline view go back farther than 1 year, that is not currently possible. There is a change request for that to which you can add your vote and comments.

The problem occurs when I am in the timeline view. I attach an image where you can see that JIRA does not allow me to modify the start date beyond the month of October 2022
