Hi, I changed my phone recently and now the Authenticator app doesn't show my codes anymore, even if I'm logged in with my main Google account.
Because of that, I can't access my account anymore on https://bugs.mojang.com/
When I log in using my account name + password, it automatically redirects me to a 2FA-token verification form. But there is no option like "Forget code" or "Lost 2FA code".
So I'm basically stuck. How can I fix that?
Thank you in advance.
Hello, Good day. Could you please let us know whether this is Jira server version or Jira cloud version ?

Hi,
I'm sorry, I don't know at all, I'm just a simple reporter on it.
There is no contact form, email or way to contact a support or an administrator on the website, so I hoped I could find help here.

Checking the URL : https://bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa from my end this looks like Jira server setup. Please refer to https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-articles/How-can-I-add-2FA-to-Jira-Server-or-Confluence-Server/ba-p/1492654

Hi,
Thank you for the reply, but I'm not sure you understood my issue.
I'm not an administrator of the plateform, so I can't do anything on my side. I'm not familliar with Jira/Atlassian but if I well understand, the website I have issue on is actually out of reach of your services.
So I think I need to contact an administrator to unlock my account, but there is no form. I think I'm stuck then.
Will need to create another account...

Yes, please check if you can find who manages the Jira server in your environment, this will help to proceed. Thanks
