Looking for more than one issue in the active sprint

Hi Jira Community,

I have seen that in the last update of Jira I have lost the possibility to search more than one issue with the pipe option. For example: 6590|6591|6592

This option is very useful as it allows me to search and filter on the dashboard what one is looking for within the sprint.

Could you tell me how I can do the same search?

Thank you.

Hi @Bill Sheboy

Several weeks ago I've noticed that the UI at Sprint active dashboard has been changed.

I've seen that some enhancements were applied. You can see in the following picture that If you have disabled the toogle "Enhance my Board and backlog" you will be able to search for more than one card by using the pipe in the search field.

search with pipe.jpg

and if you enable this functionality you will no longer be able to search for more than one card by pipe in the search field.

search without pipe.jpg

Losing the possibility to search several cards within the sprint is a problem. How can I search several cards within my sprint at the same time?

Thank you

Leonardo

Hi @Leonardo Di leva

I wonder if that "feature" you describe was a coincidental behavior as I was unable to find documentation on it.
