Hi, we have a trouble with integrity to HP ALM, since last time integrity check failed:

ERROR #1- adapter.CONNECTION_FAILURE : Failed to connect to endpoint of type JIRA. Error: com.mercury.qc.gossip.exp.GossipServerException: server.RemoteExecService.UNHANDLED_EXCEPTION : Unknown exception type is caught: com.hp.qc.synchronizer.adapters.exceptions.AdapterException: Required permission(s) missed: BROWSE,USER_PICKER.. 
ERROR #2- server.RemoteExecService.UNHANDLED_EXCEPTION : Unknown exception type is caught: com.hp.qc.synchronizer.adapters.exceptions.AdapterException: Required permission(s) missed: BROWSE,USER_PICKER. 
ERROR #3- Required permission(s) missed: BROWSE,USER_PICKER

But all permissions is correct. Please, help us or send log.

You need to open a case with support.atlassian.com as this is the user forum for atlassian, we don't have insight in cloud instances.
