It has been few months that I am unable to log in to Jira with a username or password error. Do not save passwords, clear cookies several times, clear passwords from keychain access also(it is MacOS), but they don't help.
IT department employees fix it somehow and it works only for a few hours. The next day same things happen... I've been said that my account getting blocked regularly.
Isn't it possible to completely fix this problem?
That really sounds like something you should take up with whomever is maintaining that Jira instance.
It's nothing to do with the application - all depends what they are doing with it and whether they are bychance deactivating accounts in some way, maybe there is some job running deactivating your account, maybe whatever ext. user directory the instance is using is acting up.
In any case this is nothing the community can diagnose or help with, your admins must be either doing something weird, or something doesn't work. You mention they say "my account getting blocked regularly". Why? What's blocking it regularly? That's not a proper admin response imo.
