Hi @Vivian Albrech -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The list view settings are for each individual user, and not sharable between other people with access to the project.

Here is a suggestion to add the capability you describe, and you may vote for / watch it to see progress: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-91359

As a workaround, you could use a saved JQL filter and send the link to team members: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/save-your-search-as-a-filter/

Kind regards,
Bill

Hi @Vivian Albrech

welcome to the community!

As already suggested, the list view is currently "per user". Here's another issue that might be worth watching and upvoting: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-98.

Alternatively, if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you'll have more options. E.g., you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on: JXL for Jira.

JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a range of advanced features - including support for (configurable) issue hierarchiesissue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting - and works across any number of projects.

Plus, any changes that you make to the fields of your view are, by default, shared with all your team members!

This is how it looks in action:

jxl-basics-v2.gif

(This is really just one of a virtually endless number of possible views and reports; you can also view and group by any other issue fields, configure different sum-up styles, etc. etc.)

Any questions just let me know,

Best,

Hannes
