Hi Everyone,
New to using Jira in this capacity. Here is my scenario. I monitor a series of projects in different SPKs along with another SPK geared towards management reporting. The management SPK tracks the progress of a project along the standard SDLC.
What I would like to do is trigger a label creation in the high level SPK when evidence is uploaded into a story in the project SPK.
Is this possible and how do I do accomplish this / where do I go to learn how to do so?
Kind Regards,
Sam
Hello @Sam
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
I am not familiar with the acronym "SPK". What does that mean?
You mention the "higher level SPK" and a "story in the project SPK". How is the higher level SPK tracked in Jira? When you say "the project SPK" do you mean a single Jira project named "SPK" or do you have multiple projects, one for each SPK entity?
@Trudy Claspill . Thanks for the response. The latter scenario, an SPK would be a project environment, so one project per environment. Hope that provides some clarity.

How do you track the "higher level SPK" in Jira?
How is the higher level SPK linked to an SPK project?
How do you know evidence has been uploaded to a story in the SPK project?
Is there more than one story where evidence might be or needs to be uploaded? Do you want to create only one label one time, or are you creating multiple labels for each story to which evidence is uploaded?
