Hi,
We use a template ticket (created with marketplace app from Deviniti*) for employee onboarding, which creates several sub-tickets each with a defined set of tasks.
I would like to integrate the template with the Employee Onboarding Service Request form.
Is this possible?
Thanks!

Hi Jonathan!
It's Aleksandra from Deviniti Support Team.
If you'd like to integrate the template with your request form in order that sub-tasks are copied every time a customer raises a request, you can add "Template" field to the request form.
As you possibly know, apart from the dedicated "Create from template" button in Jira, the app delivers a separate custom field which can be used in a slightly different way. It's called "Template".
After you add the field to the request form, customers will be able to choose a template themselves directly on the portal and all sub-tasks will be populated automatically. If you wish, you can also hide the field and set a preset value. Thanks to that, every new request created with "Employee Onboarding Service Request" will automatically contain the sub-tasks from the particular template you choose.
If you need any further help with setting this up, feel free to contact our support team and raise a request. We'll be happy to guide you further!
Regards,
Aleksandra
