Linking SLA tickets to backlog

Hi,

I have one backlog created in JIRA and I also, have a Service desk. How can I move my P3/P4 ticket to the backlog and at the same time status of this ticket visible to the customer?

Thanks

Hi @Hiti Verma

You may want to use jira automation to create tickets from jsm and link them to a backlog.

You can use this tutorial as an example and create JS tickets when certain conditions apply: https://youtu.be/5Xs8cnDIFBo

You can then use another automation to keep the tickets in sync based on statuses between the two projects.
