Link to Jira Cloud in Excel Returns No Field Found for Affected Services

Jason Pearce May 4, 2023

I have setup the connector in Excel to pull a filter from Jira which works perfectly fine in Jira. However when it pulls through to Excel the same filter it returns everything fine other than the "Affected Services" field for which it returns in the main "[no field found]" or just a blank cell.

How do we fix this?

I am using Microsoft Excel for Mac v16.72 with Jira Cloud.
