Dear Community,

I would like to limit a project for specific users. These users should not access to my other projects.  I created a new user group, however I'm struggling with the setting user group VS project people and default Jira-user group. Either my user can see all projects or none of them.

Can you help me on that ?

Thanks,

Julien

Hello @Julien Fischer

Welcome to the community,

Here a little reminder of differences between group and project role :

project role = membership is for one project, the project administrator can edit member

group : membership if global and only the jira administrator can edit member

So for you requirement you need to work with project permission and project role. You will give the browse project permission for specific project role and you will put in it group or user.

Hope this helps
