Hello @Gennaro Cibelli

Thanks for reaching out, and I believe the first things to verify and check out would be version compatibility.  What version of Excel are you using and trying to link to the connector app?

For a reference point to compatible versions, Please See:

IMPORTANT: If you are trying to install this add-in for Excel Desktop, you must have an Office 365 subscription, as well as be on either:

  • version 1904 or later for Windows
  • version 16.24 or later for Mac

If you are on a compatible version, launch the browser development tools and look at the javascript console to see if there are any additional errors displayed that could give us some additional context on what is happening.

Regards,
Earl

Hi @Gennaro Cibelli ,

If Jira's own tools don't work, you could also try out Better Excel Exporter. It has lots of default templates for the most common use cases and you can customize the templates yourself to export exactly what you want, check out our documentation, too!

(Please note that Better Excel Exporter is a paid and supported app and I'm part of the team developing it.)
