One of our former employees had subscribed to the Jira forums. He is no longer with us since May, I've closed his work email account at our company but had to link the email address to my own work email account as an alias.
I keep getting notification messages from the Jira forums he used to follow. I managed to login and delete/cancel his account but I am still getting notifications from post updates... Is there someone at Atlassian who could look at this for us, please? I don't want to mark those messages as spam because it might block messages I need to receive for myself.
