When items are moved to "Resolved", the Assignee always changes back to the Project Lead, regardless of the person selected in the close dialog. I would like the Assignee to remain as the same person that was assigned to and worked on the item. Is this possible? If so, what are the configuration steps?
It is because of your workflow. Modify your workflow to remove the post function that assigns the ticket back to project lead.
