When the Kanban board has been "narrowed" to show just the tickets assigned to the current user, when the board updates/refreshes there is a brief moment before the updates where the view of all tickets assigned to all team members of that project "flashes".
Logging feedback from my team on whether there is a way around this?
Hello Venecia,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please let us know if this issue is happening on a classic or next-gen project?
Is it happening for all users?
Have you tested using another browser?
Sorry for all the question, but this will help us to replicate the issue here.
Regards,
Angélica
Hi Angelica
The issue is occurring on a classic project.
All users (i.e. team members of this particular classic project) are experiencing this issue.
Currently, the issue is occurring when using Google Chrome - the main internet browser that our team utilises. Have tested in Internet Explorer and have noticed that the issue does not appear to be replicating there but have also noticed that there is a slight lag in updating the board.
Let me know if any further details are required.
Thanks,
Venecia

Hi Venecia,
I've tried to reproduce this behaviour on my test environment, but it worked normally.
Just to make sure I'm following the same steps, you are using the filter "Only my issues" and when you refresh the page it shows other issues and then it filters again to show only your issues, is that correct?
I tested here with only 5 tickets, maybe your board has more issues, can you let us know how many tickets the board has? So we can test using the same amount of tickets.
Regards,
Angélica

Hi Angelica
Yes - I am using the filter "Only my issues" but when I refresh the page with our project's Kanban board, it will display all issues of all project team members before then reverting to the updated view of my issues.
We've currently got 712 tickets in our board (across 7 status columns) - have enclosed a screenshot to make it easier to see this.
Thanks,
Venecia

Hi Venecia,
I've added 800 issues on the board here and wasn't able to replicate the issue, it loads normally.
To better investigate the issue, I've opened a ticket on your behalf with our support, so we can check your instance and check the board.
You should have received an email informing that the ticket was opened and soon someone will contact you.
Regards,
Angélica
