Kanban board filters

Hi Everyone, 

I'm new to JIRA - Kanban board.

My current problem is that there are more than 500 completed (under DONE status) tickets in the Kanban "Done" swim lane. Is there a way to filter these tickets for the most recent days? for an example, what tickets have been completed (changed the status to Done) yesterday.

What type of project is this? Team-managed? Company-managed? Business project? Software project?

That's an easy fix then. Click the 3 dots menu on the board and select Configure board. 

Navigate to the General tab if not there already. Scroll to the bottom. 

You will see what is in the screenshot below. Simply change the value in the Completed issues section for the Select time frame dropdown. 

Or you can add some additional query information to the Sub-filter query. 

Then you should be good to go!

This is great, currently I don't have permission to do this. 

I'll get the required access & perform these changes. This should work.

Hi @Janani Wijerathne Welcome to the Atlassian community,

There are couple options that you can try to get filter the issues on the board,

1. Board sub-filter to remove the closed issues resolved more than a week or month based on your requirement so that old resolved issues will no be shown on the board.

2. Use the completed issues board option to remove the issues resolved before week, month from the board.

3. The above two options are to remove the older closed issues from the board so that you will have latest results of closed issues, if you don't want to remove the older issues from the board and want to view the issues changed to Done status yesterday then you can use the board quick filter to filter such issues based on the JQL query like below

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-quick-filters/

project = abc and resolutiondate = -1d

yo can further modify this JQL based on your requirement
