Kanban board-Status and card count alignment

The alignments with the status and card count is different on our training environment. I would like to know how to realign them so that it looks similar to the other environments.

Hello @Ashwini Nadagoud

Are you running the same version of Jira for your training environment as for your other environments?

Are all environments self hosted? Are any of the environments Jira Cloud (the SaaS product)?

Hello @Trudy Claspill ,

Yes, all the environments are running on the same version which is 9.10.1 (Data Center).

In all of my 9.10.1 systems the alignment is shown as in your first image.

I'm not aware of configurable options that controls that alignment.

Is there anything different about the board configurations? Do you have different Swimlane settings for them?

I do not see any difference in the board configurations or swimlane settings.
