I know this has been asked before but looking for a modern approach, including any apps that will accomplish this.
Within a team-manager project kanban board, I would like the ability to add quick filters that are dropdowns for selection and not just a straight JQL hyperlink.
A top-level use-case that I am thinking is my development team works off of multiple brands that are their own boards and managed by those brand teams. Id like to maintain that but have a high-level development board where I can select the specific project or any specific label that is set.
I know this can be accomplished through swim lanes and not something that can be done out of the box so I am open to any apps that people recommend.
Hello @Scott_Hamilton ,
Welcome to community!
Team-managed project does have a few limitations, as compared to company managed project. Quick filter is one of them, we had a feature request to address the same: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17446
Your use case seems to be more appropriate to explore the Company managed project. I am not if you have got a chance to try that.
If you wish to explore some marketplace add-on you search for them in : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
I have found seen some users using "quick-filters-for-jira-dashboards" add-on, you can also try to explore that.
Have a great day!
