Kanban Board Loading Issues and Time Out Errors in Jira

Hello,

I've been encountering persistent performance issues with the Kanban boards in Jira Software. The boards are taking an exceptionally long time to load, and frequently, we're experiencing time out errors. 

Could you please advise on potential solutions to improve the loading times and prevent these time out errors?

Is this happening for all users, or just for you? And is it all Kanban Boards, or just one?

One thing I would check is your filters - check...

• If they're filtering very large amounts of issues onto a board - eg. thousands of issues?
• If the filters themselves are slow to load - in case the JQL is too complex, as the filter results being slow could also slow down the board.

If it's all boards though, I'd consider contacting Atlassian Support for more direct assistance.

Even for the less number of issues also we are facing the same issue for example below 70 issues.
