Jira workflow toolbox with timings calculation

Hi @fidel,
We are using workflow toolbox. Based on the severity we have automated the due dates using days function.
But for some customers we have to respond in hours. But for both types of customers I am using same workflow.
Is it possible to do mention as 0.5,0.25,0.1 days like this

Hi @rTrack Support,

Please, attach a screenshot of the post-function's tab where you are setting Due date field.

Anyway, Due date is a Date Picker, thus it can't store time part, only date. You could use a Date Time Picker instead.
