Hi All,
We currently do time logging in Jira using Jira functionality. However, there is no dashboard in Jira that can directly the time logged by individual - any solutions to display this to the users so they can take ownership of this?
Secondly, when users go back to edit time spent entries or delete them, when all the data is exported using Stitch integration:
- Delete issues remained in the ingestion
- Modified/updated entries are duplicated as the worklog ID is different.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
Thanks
Hi @Pou Yang Gan and welcome to the community!
When it comes to displaying your team work logs on the dashboard you may consider our app - Worklogs - Time Tracking and Reports.
You can display different users, projects, custom fields, etc. Of course, you can log time into your Jira issues directly from the dashboard.
You can also add several different reports to your dashboard, for example, one gadget shows a table with your time logs and another shows your data in the form of a Pie Chart:
There are many possibilities that our application allows. We would be happy to meet with you and show you the application if you are interested.
You can book a demo session with us here.
We are also happy to answer any questions if you prefer to contact us through our portal.
Have a nice day!

Hi @Pou Yang Gan and welcome to the community :)
You'll need a third-party app to include that type of functionality in your workflow. I think it should be worth navigating the Atlassian Marketplace.
If you already searched for an app and feel quite lost, I'd kindly recommend our app Reports and Timesheets for Jira. With it, you can add any report to a Jira dashboard – including time logged by individuals.
Hope it helps!

Welcome to the community, @Pou Yang Gan.

The standard statistics gadget from Jira only sum up issues, not tracked time. There are some apps in the Marketplace, that are able to do that.
If you are open to work with an app, you can try Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards. With Quick Filters it is possible to sum up any Jira number field, including custom number fields.
You can test Quick Filters without installation on our demo dashboards.
