Right now we have a plugin on Osticket and I can't find an similar configuration on Jira.
If the issue created after 17.30 every day or on weekends, (non working hours) automatically it gets a response.
How can I implement that in Jira?
I can't create IF statement based on time in Jira automation
working time from Saturday to Wednesday: 0800-1730
off days: Thursday - Friday
Our working time is from Saturday to Wednesday, 8:00 to 16:30, So your ticket will be checked as soon as possible.
If it's emergency, Contact your account manager.
